This apartment from the 70’s, enjoys an amazing view over Antibes' fortress. It was fully renovated to comply with the client’s wish : relax over the week-end in a calm and exquisite atmosphere, enjoying the sea side spirit with a touch of refinement.

Cet appartement des années 1970, à la vue plongeante sur le Fort d’Antibes, a été totalement transformé. Le temps d’un week-end, le client parisien souhaitait pouvoir se relaxer dans une ambiance calme et sobre, à l’esprit « bord de mer » mais qui garde une certaine sophistication. 

Great art lover, the client wanted a new identity for his triplex apartment inspired by his constantly renewed art collection. The interior architecture had to be subtle in order to highlight each piece without over-powering the space. Valérie Rostaing's furniture is there to serve the art collection and to enhance it.

Grand amateur d’art, le client souhaitait fonder l’identité de son triplex autour de collections sans cesse renouvelées. L’architecture d’intérieure se devait d’être sobre, comme  « en retrait » des œuvres pour mieux les sublimer. Le mobilier VR se met à leur service et, sans rivalité aucune, vient en souligner la beauté.

In this project, the interior layout was completely rethought. The idea was to create both a large common space as well as preserving the intimacy of the bedrooms. Spaces are clearly defined, storage places are optimized.

Dans cette réalisation, toute l’organisation spatiale de l’appartement a été repensée. Il s’agissait à la fois de créer un espace commun plus ouvert et de préserver un lieu plus intime, presque caché pour les chambres. L’agencement est simple et fluide. Les espaces sont mieux définis; les rangements, optimisés.
